2. Products
Dottir Knits provides digital knitting patterns in PDF format. These products are designed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or mass production based on these patterns is strictly prohibited (see Section 6 on Intellectual Property).
3. Purchases and Payments
Payments can be made via major credit cards. Our payment processing is securely handled through Stripe.
All prices listed are in [Euro] and include any applicable taxes.
4. Delivery of Digital Goods
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive two emails:
An invoice/receipt for your order.
A separate email containing a link to download your purchased knitting pattern.
The download link will be active for 30 days from the purchase date and allows up to five (5) downloads.
If you require access to the file beyond these limits, please contact us at hello@dottirknits.com, and we will gladly provide a new link upon verification of your original order.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
As our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the file has been downloaded.
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@dottirknits.com to discuss any issues with your order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available on our website, including knitting patterns, is the exclusive property of Dottir Knits.
Our knitting patterns are for personal use only. You may not:
Redistribute or share the patterns in any format.
Resell the patterns or create derivative works for sale.
Use the patterns for mass production.
Any violation of these terms will be subject to legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
